As Zig Ziglar explained better than I could, my wife and family are my “home court advantage;” family is at the core of everything I do. During 2023, my wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary! We have two children in high school and our oldest went away to college this year. We enjoy exploring of all kinds including traveling to new places, enjoying scenery with our side-by-side ATV, and boating with our extended family. Growing up working my grandfather’s farm in rural Utah, I learned how to take things apart and fix them from a young age. Whether it is a house, a spreadsheet, a family, or a team, I enjoy building and adjusting to continually improve and reach new levels.
